Our experience was quite disappointing. The receptionist was unhelpful and unfriendly, making our arrival stressful. Additionally, the shower was clogged, leading to a frustrating experience. Overall, the room unfortunately did not justify the price we paid.

Woke up to breathtaking views of the lake each morning. The cozy decor in the room and attentive staff made our time here enjoyable and relaxing.

However, the noise insulation was poor, making it difficult to sleep in the mornings when housekeeping was active in the hallways. I wished for a bit more privacy.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like free Wi-Fi, 24-hour reception, and cozy restaurant. I remember how the staff helped me with my room issue at night. Definitely coming back for Easter!
